Conversation Data: Messages sent between your visitors and the AI chatbot
Payment Information: Handled securely by Lemon Squeezy (we do not store card details)

Providing and maintaining the HelpBubble service
Processing AI chatbot responses via third-party providers
Enforcing usage limits based on your subscription plan

Clerk: Authentication and user management
Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing and subscription management

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

Usage statistics reset monthly based on your billing cycle

All data is stored securely on Vercel's infrastructure (EU/UK data centers where applicable)

We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is yours. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate HelpBubble (as listed above).
